Who is Coupontools?

Coupontools is a web-based platform for developing digital coupon campaigns. The Coupontools software is a sought-after platform in the world of digital marketing. Our software is used in more than 89 countries. The Coupontools customer base spans from small retailers to marketing agencies and the largest enterprise brands in the world (Coca-Cola, McDonald's, KFC, etc.). Nice, right?

What exactly will you do?

Our strong marketing team provides you with initial leads and trial accounts. You will actively contact and follow up with these leads. Since Coupontools is a global player, you speak fluent English. Leads and trials also come in through our chat. You will establish the first contacts via our chat. Good knowledge of English grammar is a plus.

After the tester has successfully completed their trial period and transitioned to a customer, they will be added to your customer portfolio. You will remain the point of contact for this customer. Customers can reach you via our chat, email, or phone.

Once they are in your customer portfolio, it is your job to guide them as best as possible in their projects.

In the weekly sales meetings, we review meetings. We look at the sectors from which the lead/trial comes, are there frequently asked questions? This is very valuable information for our marketers.
