Campaign setup

1. Campaign flow
Accor Hotels Brazil created personalized, regular coupons through our Coupon tools platform. These coupons were uniquely generated and assigned to specific offers and benefits, such as a free drink per person in the room.
The coupons were distributed via the landing page we designed. Customers who received the coupons were directed to a validation page after clicking the coupon link.

2. Validation process
To ensure the validity of the coupon, a one-time validation password was required for redemption. This ensured that each coupon could only be redeemed once.

Different validation passwords were used for each hotel location, allowing Accor to track the number of redemptions per location and validate coupon use at each specific location.

3. Start and end date
The coupon's start date coincided with the guests' check-in date, and the end date coincided with the check-out date, maximizing the relevance and usability of the coupons.

4. Custom API adjustments
Through custom API adjustments, Accor Hotels Brazil could seamlessly retrieve and manage this valuable information, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the campaign.

5. Data collection
Users had to provide their contact details before accessing the coupon, ensuring accurate and valuable customer data collection.
