Genk On Stage wanted to enhance interaction with the audience during their festival and create a more engaging and interactive experience for participants. They were looking for an innovative way to involve festival-goers and encourage their participation through creative contests and activities.
How can we help?
XIS collaborated with Het Belang van Limburg and Genk On Stage to achieve seamless audience interaction. XIS managed all WhatsApp communications, including sending the lineup and managing QR codes and URLs. This allowed festival-goers to easily participate in various interactive experiences.
How did we solve it?
The collaboration between media and music resulted in surprising contests and challenges. Festival-goers were encouraged to participate in light-hearted challenges such as capturing funny moments at specific locations and spontaneous snapshots. Creativity was central to these activities.
During the festival, creative submissions were collected and judged by Het Belang van Limburg and Genk On Stage. The most notable photos were awarded prizes, giving winners lasting memories of their artistic achievements.
