1. Personalized cards in a flash: Linssen Yachts provides us with their customer database. Using our marketing tools, we quickly generate personalized digital cards, secure and with a personal touch.

2. Luxury in your inbox: Through elegant email campaigns designed by XIS, customers receive their own digital card. No paper, no hassle. The card can be instantly stored in a smartphone wallet or as a PDF – totally 2025.

3. VIP access to the finest elements: With a unique QR or barcode, the card becomes a key to exclusive events such as the Boot Messe in Düsseldorf. One scan and customers are in, while Linssen Yachts immediately knows who is present.

Flow 2: Digital warranty card - Assurance without hassle

When purchasing a yacht, world-class service is a must. Together with Linssen Yachts, we developed a digital warranty card that ensures customers always have what they need at hand. Easy, fast, and sustainable.

How does it work?

1. Automatically generated upon purchase: When a customer buys a yacht, their warranty card is automatically generated, complete with serial number, purchase date, and warranty duration. Everything neatly in one place.

2. Easy to receive and store: The warranty card is sent via email. Customers can save it in their digital wallet or download it as a PDF. Luxury meets convenience.

3. Efficient for service or claims: Need to make a warranty claim? No problem. The service staff simply scans the QR code on the card, and all the necessary information instantly appears on the screen. Goodbye paperwork, hello efficiency!

'After an extensive search, we turned to Coupontools to digitize our customer and family cards. Previously, we used plastic cards, but now everyone stores their card easily on their phone. During the BOOT Düsseldorf trade fair in January 2025, we immediately saw the results: visitors were registered faster, and their yacht data was instantly available in our system. The integration with our newsletter worked perfectly – within a few days, 15% of our customers had installed the card, and that number is still growing.'
